With a career spanning more than three decades, Roxanne has dedicated her life to the pursuit of excellence, service, and leadership across multiple disciplines including health care, business, and community development. Beginning as a student leader and Optometrist, she went on to build and manage a successful optometry practice before transitioning into financial planning and wealth management, where she continues to help individuals and professionals achieve clarity and confidence in their financial futures.

Along the way, she has served as a mentor, educator, volunteer, and advocate, contributing to provincial and national professional associations, publishing in leading industry journals, and supporting cancer survivors through her work with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. Her journey reflects resilience, integrity, and an enduring commitment to helping others see, both literally and figuratively, with greater vision and purpose.
